What stays on your device
Your journal entries, moods, sleep diary, PHQ-9 check-ins, goals, and saved recommendations are kept in your browser storage on your device. Ciphos does not create a server copy of this wellness data. Device storage is not a substitute for device security, and clearing browser data removes it.
AI features
When you send a mentor message, request a journal reflection, or ask for personalized resources, the information you choose to share is sent to an AI service to generate the response. Ciphos does not save that request in its database. Do not include information you do not want processed for that reply.
Billing
A billing-only account stores your email and subscription status so Plus can follow you across devices. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your local wellness data is never attached to that account.
Visits and AppLovin advertising measurement
With your permission, AppLovin uses cookies and similar technology to receive page visits, plan views, checkout starts, completed purchase details, and a random device code. Ciphos never sends AppLovin journal text, moods, sleep, PHQ-9 responses, goals, mentor conversations, or other health information. Optional purchase matching
If you separately opt in below, your lowercase billing email is sent to AppLovin on future purchase events. AppLovin hashes it before storage. This choice is optional and can be changed here at any time.
